What it’s like to work with me

I’m here to serve you. I take an individualized approach with each of my clients. While there’s certainly a list of best practices in the back of my mind, each person is unique and it’s my goal to find a way to deliver the best advice and expertise that I can in a way tailored to you as a unique person. I hope my approach reaches you in a way that makes sense and feels helpful. This approach is a two-way process and I need you to be honest with me (and yourself), vulnerable, and open to what we discover together. If you’re curious to learn more about me, check out my coaching philosophy.

In one of my first-ever trainings on career coaching the facilitator described this work as being a GPS. I’m here to help keep you on course to reach your destination. If you want to stop and think about why you made that wrong turn, we absolutely can, but I’m always ready to help you recalculate the route to get you to where you’re going.

Job searching is stressful, sometimes overwhelming and can feel lonely. By working with me as your coach, I’ll help you clarify your focus, develop strategies to reach your goals, and help you organize your search so you have a plan to identify and reach your goals.
